Presently, Goemarati is a concept and not a legal entity. The lines of ownership are not clear.
Some questions for consideration
1. The Cape Town Partnership owns and manages the concept, but how does that function in reality?
2. How to address issues of intellectual property?
3. Once the online shop is fully operational, who should be running it
and how? Through a lease option, much like inner-city parking
operates?
4. Can the mobile vendor and online shop be seen as one entity with different manifestations?
5. Can a public / private ownership partnership exist for the mobile
vendor and online shop infrastructure with Cape Town Partnership as
shareholder using its profit share toward further development of the
