We kicked off the New Year with a genuine master that rocks art, shape shifts musically, and wears the funkiest white overalls - Hilton Schilder, on keys, with groovy glasses. The music was laid back and lyrical, tight improvisational explorations rooted in years of experience and mastery. A composer at play, relishing the opportunity to make magic.

Hilton featured twice on the Oppiestoep I series, and he was another regular this time round, performing solo, with Rock Art and with his band Paradigm Shift.
