Petronel sings in Afrikaans, English, and sometimes in tongues. Her original tunes are mainly exquisitely beautiful torch songs, sung in a dreamy, angelic voice. So soothing, in fact, that she feared we might fall asleep.

We did not, for we were enthralled by how she not just sang her songs, but performed them. This artist is aware that her repertoire could be a bit more exciting, and that next time, she should bring a cable for her keyboard. But what a singer!!
