Denay was due to play Solo piano and voice was what it was going to be, but what a pleasure that her sister Chantal, who plays bass for Zap Mama, was back in town, so we had a double blessing of the Willies. They did an eclectic mix of jazz, blues, and gospel, both seemingly savouring the chance to play together. It would be nice to hear them again, maybe with a guitarist in the mix.
