Claire’s sloppy attire saw her ass hanging out of her pants, so when people walked around the corner I’m sure it wasn’t the music that made them catch their breath…

Do you believe in astrology? Well, you’d better believe that this Pisces lady has a big plan. She fronts her own band, “Clairevoyance” and she doesn’t need a crystal ball to tell you her future. Or yours, for that matter. Armed with her guitar and powerful voice, Claire played solo with songs that alternated between covers, samples and her own compositions.

Her debut album, “Claire Phillips – Say My Name” was nominated in this years MTN SAMA Awards in the best R ‘n B/ Soul Album category.

We sincerely look forward to hearing more of her own work the next time she’s at Spier.
