Banners
- Artist Xolile Mtakatya, based at the Training Centre, was hired to make six 2.5x1.5m banners for publicity. He was going to print the T-shirts too, but his screen printer broke shortly after the commission.

Artists - Maveric, Mzwandile Matiwana, Samkelo

Internet - at the Sanlam centre

Banking - FNB, Sanlam centre

Radio - Zibonele FM98.2 was the Sunday Spends media partner. They broadcast 8 56sec spots each day in the two weeks leading up to the event. They did live reads and an interview.

Chairs - Joe Slovo High School

All other services were sourced from outside of Khayelitsha. This was because they are not offered in the area, not competitively priced or lacking capacity.

Demographics of other service providors
Sound - supplied by Audioquest, an SMME founded and run by Hennie Smit and operating from Parow. His prices and service are excellent.

Video projection - supplied for the first show by Magus Vision, operating from the Gardens. Supplied for the second show courtesy of the District Six Museum and Tulani. We were hoping to work with Ikho Film Production, situated just off Spine Road next to the Training Centre, in the screening of the films. Unfortunately they were closed everytime we went there.

Photography - supplied courtesy of Siphiwe Nkosi of Universal Native Joint, Dan Boshof of Woodstock and Emeric of France.

T-shirt printing - supplied by Mark of the African Music Store who does screenprinting as a side business. Operating out of Woodstock.

Poster and handbill printing - Wizardz in the Garden's Centre. Competitively priced and quick printing service.

Voluntary Assistance - Tulani of the District Six Museum, Siphiwe Nkosi at Universal Native Joint, members of Maveric
